Pray for my twin brother Lorin

Most of my blog readers know about my twin brother Lorin. A year ago March, Lorin was diagnosed with one of the most deadliest brain tumors you can get. He was given one year to live. We are Praising God he has gone over a year. Lorin has gone through so much. He has had radiation and is on his second round of Chemo...He has chosen to do whatever it takes to allow him more time here on this earth with his beloved wife. They have no kids. Recently Lorin has had allot of trouble making sense with what he says. It's so very hard watching this young 43 year slowly progress downward. I am honored to be his sister and Thank God that we live so close and can see him for the short time he has left on this earth. The Lord has worked out so many of the details with his cancer. My sister Susie has been able to become his caregiver along with his wife. Susie is an Amazing women. I love it when on occasion she will run errands with his wife and will bring Lorin to my house. Here are some pictures I took recently when he was here. My kids just love their Uncle Lorin. I thank God that Lorin has accepted Christ as his Savior and will spend eternity in Heaven. Were all on borrowed time. Do you know where you'll spend eternity???

I'm sooooo Excited!!!!

We've had so much fun dressing up Billy and Lily lately that the design team girls and Melissa thought it would be fun it we dressed up some trees! Thanks to me for coming up with this idea heee....heeee..... actually this is what's so amazing about Melissa, she asks her designers for feedback on her work and also asks for ideas for new stamps, then her Amazing hands go to work and she designs ALL her Amazing stamps. We are planning to release the stamps in early August but she couldn't wait to give you a little sneak peek of some of the items she has created for you to decorate the trees. First I should tell you that there are 2 different trees in the set. One of them is quite swirly and whimsical which is how she draws most of her stamps. And the other is a more typical looking tree but she has added a few swirls and dots to give it some pizazz. And now for the fun part. There are over 50 stamps in this set that you can use to dress up the trees!! The number of trees you could design are limitless and that's why we are calling this set "Limitless Limbs." Thanks to Lauren for naming the set. The design team girls and Melissa came up with a huge list of items that could go in this set and it was hard to narrow it down. So in this sneak peek she is showing just a few snippets of some of the items, there are animals, fruit, ornaments, desserts, candy, vegetables and so much more in this set. We can't wait to show you more during our sneak peek week in early August!

Would you like to be a Guest Designer????

Melissa thought it would be fun to have a contest and the winner will be the guest designer for our August release. The new stamps for August will be an accessories set of clothes for Billy & Lily so in order to enter this contest and be the guest designer you will need to own one of the Dress Up Billy or the Dress Up Lily stamp sets."Lily or Billy's Room" Contest Using your Dress Up Lily and/or your Dress Up Billy stamps create an image of Lily or Billy's room. She got this idea from MacKenzie Bruckler. She created an adorable image of Lily in her room painting a portrait of Billy. So she wants you to come up with a room and have one or both of the characters doing something in the room. The room could be a bedroom, a playroom, a play house, a fantasy room on another planet, anything you can dream up. Your creation can be any size and shape but please use only Pink Cat Studio stamps in your creation. You can draw things , create furniture and use any embellishments that you like but if you are using stamps they should be Pink Cat Studio.You may enter more than one creation and this contest is open it everyone regardless of where you live.Please email a photo or scan of your creation to pinkcatstudio(at)gmail(dot)com by 5 pm EST on July 17th.
