This rock is so perfectly round I had to take a close up.....We had a Beautiful day on Monday...Not a cloud in the sky....We took a little ride up the Hood Canal to enjoy Gods creation. The kids had a blast...They even got a little lesson about shucking oysters from a man on the beach...We really live in a Beautiful area....we only had to drive 20 miles to get to this Beautiful spot...This really wasn't a planned trip...We just decided to go for a drive at the last minute. We had sandwiches made and kids in the car all within 30 minutes.

What a fun day and a beautiful place, Lisa! (Even if I don't like oysters.) Of course, any day without snow and with sunshine would be awesome!
Oh the joys of homeschooling, to be able to have the freedom to enjoy the day. Looks like the Lord did give you a beautiful day.
Miss you all,
Debby

love your pictures Lisa! It's So awesome to be making those memories with your children. They will remember that for years to come
We do live in a beautiful area. Great that we as homeschoolers can pack up and have days out when we want to.
Great pictures.
Unplanned adventures are and can be the best of our memories!
So wonderful of you to share your day with us, my friend!

What a neat experience for your kids - homeschooling is so versatile: it's holistic education at its best. I homeschooled my son for two years.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
