On Saturday my son Christian was playing ball in our back yard and got hit with a round plastic softball in the eye. We spent the evening in the ER and the next day at an Eye Specialist...He has what is called a Hyphema, you can read about it here..... Hyphema ......It will get better over time, but he has to be watched very carefully by this Specialist....The hardest part is he has to sit at a 45 degree angle all day, even when he sleeps...They want him to move around as little as possible...I know he would covet your prayers and so would I .....Sorry for the lack of posts...Life in our home has been be a little trying over the last few months. I am so glad my Savior lives, otherwise I could not face tomorrow!!!

You have my prayers, Lisa. Best wishes to him, and your whole family.
Oh my. What a scary thing to happen! I checked out images of his eye problem ~~~ scary! Poor thing! I'll say a prayer now that it all heals quickly and his time of "confinement" goes smooth and painless. :)
Lisa,
We will be praying for him. Hard for him to be that still I'm sure. We'll be praying for you too since I know how easy it is to worry over these things. Love ya and be seeing you soon.

Hi Lisa,
I am so sorry to hear that your son Christian has this problem. The good news is that it everything will improve over time. In the meantime, both you and your family are in my prayers!

Poor little guy. How is he doing now? I will be praying that his eye heals with no longstanding affects to his sight.
BTW - We are doing great. Hope to be induced on Thursday... we will see.
Yes, if you still have a seat I would love to get it from you... I could purchase it also if you wanted. Anyhow - whenever. I will catch up with you later.
Keep us posted on Christian's eye. I am sure he is receiving lots of loving care...
Know your never alone and hemmed in our thoughts and prayers, my friend!
