Tehachapi Windmills

Recently our family took a little Vacation. We took a road trip to Nevada, we have family in Henderson and Las Vegas. It worked out perfectly because Ken had a conference for work there too, so his work put us up in a really cool resort (with no casino)....We saw so many Wonderful sites on the way . One of my favorites was the Tehachapi Windmills in the Mojave Desert. Just being there brought back so many memories of the High Desert. My parent use to have land in the High Desert and I always loved it there. Anyway.....I just wanted to share with you one of the beauties of the High Desert. I tell you I could live there....I loved all the Sunny dry weather.

WOW - stumbled upon your blog through a different site and imagine my surprise to see our windmills. I have lived in Tehachapi almost my whole life. It is a wonderful place to live. Good luck and prayers to your brother.
